The Company started in 1978 for manufacture of chemicals used in electronic industry like soldering fluxes and insulating varnishes, epoxy modifiers etc. In 1981 we diversified into power electronic products. Some of our products were marketed by MELTRON, a Government of Maharashtra enterprise, for marketing of electronic products.

Our products were used in various government, semi-government and private industries since 1981, like BARC, Thermal Power stations, Railways, Indian Telephone Industry, Civil, Defence and International Airports. Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) at Dehradun and Arvi.

Our company had technical collaboration agreements for technology transfer to Meltron Audio Visual Division at Andheri for manufacture of CCRs for Goa Airport, Dabolim, for the CHOGM Project, during Indira Gandhi’s  tenure, and a similar one with Semiconductors Ltd at Nashik, for 1KVA and 6KVA dual parallel Inverter System for Electronic Exchanges of CIT Alcatel during Rajiv Gandhi’s  tenure, and another one with Meltron Instrumentation Ltd at Kudal, for manufacture of RAX Power Plants for Rural Electronic Exchanges.

Later, after the expiry of the CCR agreement, we started manufacturing CCRs ourselves and supplied them through AMA Private Limited to Airport installations at Delhi, Mumbai, Cochin, and various civil,defence airports and international airports. Since 2008, we have been actively involved in manufacture, supply and refurbishment of 300KVA Power Converters for Wind Turbines and will soon enter the Solar Energy field.

We can truly be said to have covered areas ranging from the atom to the aeroplane.
