I am an IT Professional whose career spanned four decades and the entire spectrum of Computer job Profiles across few Indian Organizations of different Industries.

My last two jobs were as VP & CIO in a User Organization in the Tata group and then as the National Head of Customer Delivery & Support in TCS from where I retired.

I also qualified as a certified Quality Systems Professional in the Tata Group and practiced as an Assessor for a few years within the Tata group. This certification is named as Tata Business Excellence Model and is the Tata version of Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Awards in US.

This combination has given me a rich experience of formulating Business Processes from Idea stage to Implementation & sustaining that can work for New Businesses or turn around of old Businesses too.

I would like to be known as Change maker in this respect.
