PRESET Building Systems in Bangalore started 20+ years ago but last 8 years into  premium prefab construction and have built Eco-friendly and sustainable buildings using latest LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) technology. These buildings are 60% lighter than conventional brick buildings. These are suitable for all terrains, climates as these are water, termite, Earthquake, cyclone (up to 280 km wind-speed) proof material.

The technology is to feed design to a Robotic machine,, which cuts the steel frames according to the Architectural design fed to it. Then walls walls, windows, doors will be fixed and sent to the location. This will reduce dependency of labor at the site. Only minimum like flooring, roofing, painting, plumbing and electrical work  will be done by our construction crew,

We do design. construction of premium quality using Tata or JSW steel which specially zinc coated and load bearing frames. We have built prefab factory, Villas, Farmhouse, Badminton court, Gym, Factory in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra, Tamilnadu. We can build  anywhere in India.

We don't use sand/ brick / cement - (concrete used only for raft foundation) . So no water, mixing cement at the site. No curing- all this will save time. 1000 sft building can be built in 8- 10 weeks.
