Ours is a private practice based in Goregaon east, Mumbai. We offer counselling, meditation, art therapy and life skills- purpose in our services. We also offer psychological education to care givers of those suffering from psychological and/or emotional issues and to students who are willing to go ahead with a psychology degree (B.A. , M.A. , B.Sc and M.Sc) and career. We have Physi-O-Mind class format which mainly is developed for our meditation and wellness services. The founder (Miss Simrita Basrur) is a Psychologist, Counselor, Behavioral therapist and a Meditation practitioner with experience of 8 years overall. The private practice is now in its 7th year. Appointment to all of our services is mandatory and on prior booking. 

Our timings are 10.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Saturday). An extra time schdule is also available on Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm only
