Tachyon AI Pte Ltd is a Singapore based fintech platform for Inclusive Financial Institutions. The platform is called “Goodcoin”

Goodcoin is an AI/ML backed aggregator for inclusive financial institutions in Asia (South Asia and South East Asia). Its aim is to help these institutions access capital markets. It also has some small MFIs on its platform that it aggregates to enable them to reach out to investors as a whole. As this is a marketplace, it helps in connecting Banks, NBFC's, Mutual Funds, Insurance companies, Impact Investors, Asset Management companies with inclusive financial institutions.

Goodcoin is also a platform where philanthropic capital and commercial capital merge to create a larger impact in the lives of below the pyramid population.

Goodcoin is founded by Sahasrangshu Sinha and Siddharth Arur. Sahasranghsu Sinha has more than 15 years of experience in Financial Technology and Investment Banking at Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Standard Chartered, EY, and for the last few years on the Board of an MFI in West Bengal. He has worked in NY, Tokyo, and Singapore. He has an alumnus of Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Siddharth Arur has more than 16 years of experience in Financial Inclusion Investing. He started his career in ING [he was part of the Global ING Microfinance Support Team], HDFC Bank, Ananya Finance (NBFC of Women's World Banking Banking, New York), Standard Chartered Bank, and DWM. He has worked in NY, USA and India. He is an alumnus of Berkeley-Haas and IIM Calcutta. He also teaches Microfinance at one of India's top MBA schools, NMIMS in Mumbai.

1. Goodcoin is a sub-investment advisor to a German Microfinance Debt Fund (Assets under Management of around US $ 900 million) for South East Asia. Goodcoin connects MFIs to Institutional/individual investors to provide access to capital for all kinds of inclusive financial institutions. Goodcoin is currently in conversation with other Impact Investment Funds and DFIs in Europe to invest in Emerging Asian countries.
2. Goodcoin provides Advisory Services to MFIs on risk management, product development, technology adoption and payment solutions. Goodcoin is a white-label partner to a Core Banking Solution company that provides CBS solutions to MFIs on the Goodcoin platform. Goodcoin is already providing advisory services to an MFI in Myanmar on Fund-Raise, Strategy, Technology and Payment Solutions and syndicating loans for another MFI in Myanmar as well. The risk management advisory is in collaboration with IFC [The World Bank Group]
3. Currently, Goodcoin has around 22 MFIs on its platform spread across India, and Myanmar. Goodcoin is expanding to Indonesia and Philippines as we have our local team at Jakarta, Indonesia.
4. Goodcoin is headquartered out of Singapore with local offices in Mumbai, Kolkata, Jakarta and Paris.
5. Goodcoin has a good panel of advisors including Prof. Gregory La Blanc, Professor of Finance, Strategy and Law at Berkeley Haas and HEC Paris. One of the other advisors is Mr. Jim Prouty, who was Senior VP, Bank of America, President, Heller Financials (part of GE Capital), CEO, SFRE Investment Fund and currently Chairman of the Board, BASIX Group, India’s oldest Financial Inclusion/Microfinance company.
